Canadian auto supplier Magna International, Inc. relocated its seating subsidiary headquarters to Novi, Michigan in 2015—that meant constructing a new building. Glass & Mirror Craft was tapped to outfit the full exterior of the 180,000-square foot project with glass that would both perform and make a statement.
After a referral from Crystal Glass to construction partner Cunningham-Limp, Glass & Mirror Craft impressed with its history of high-quality projects and secured the work. It also set the foundation for a customer-oriented relationship.
Throughout the project, Glass & Mirror Craft maintained a precise fabrication schedule that provided quick-turn release for products so no units were left sitting on the job site. This kept the project moving with all glass completed in less than two months. Because the project called for thermal properties and stunning aesthetics, Glass & Mirror Craft recommended efficient insulated glass in a striking brown finish for the whole building.
Performance, delivery, beauty—Glass & Mirror Craft brought them all. After this success, Glass & Mirror Craft became a preferred supplier for Cunningham-Limp and was approached for another sizable project in the same complex.
